Agreement to terms

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law or if we have suspended your account for breach.

Accounts & security

Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your credentials unless caused by our gross negligence. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

License & acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services internally. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not reverse engineer except where law permits, resell the Services without authorization, probe systems in ways that harm availability, or use the Services to build competing training datasets without written permission.

AI-assisted outputs

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for regulated decisions. You are responsible for human review when stakes are high (health, finance, legal, safety). We do not warrant outputs for any particular purpose. You represent that your inputs and your downstream use comply with law and third-party rights.

Fees, taxes & trials

Paid plans, credits, and add-ons are described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where our Refund & Billing Policy or mandatory law says otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes except those based on our net income. We may change prices with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Services, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your inputs subject to the license you grant us to operate the Services (host, process, back up, and display as instructed). Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk to security, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to access ceases; data export may be available for a limited period as described in-product or in our privacy documentation.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THAT PERIOD OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, EXCEPT WHERE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATION.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your order form specifies otherwise. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to injunctive relief forums where appropriate. You consent to electronic communications and service of process as permitted by law.
