Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

You may use the Services only as permitted by law, your agreements with us, and this AUP. We may update this policy and enforce it at our reasonable discretion.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Services to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights (privacy, publicity, IP, trade secrets).
• Generate, store, or distribute CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploitative content.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others.
• Send spam or operate illegal gambling, scams, or phishing.
• Produce materials intended to evade detection of wrongdoing (for example forged documents to commit fraud).

AI-specific expectations

Truthfulness & risk

Do not present AI outputs as human-written professional advice (medical, legal, financial) without qualified review when consumers could be harmed.

Biometric & sensitive abuse

Do not attempt to build facial recognition databases for surveillance of protected groups, nor use voice cloning to deceive or harass.

Security & network abuse

No probing, scanning, or attacking Sleek or third-party infrastructure using the Services. No bypassing rate limits, quotas, or billing controls. No scraping that degrades availability for other tenants.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; involve law enforcement; and cooperate with partners investigating abuse. Appeals for good-faith mistakes go through contact.
