Sleek AI is designed with security and privacy practices that support common customer diligence questionnaires. Unless we explicitly name an attestation (for example, a published certification report you can verify independently), you should treat our statements as descriptive—not a guarantee of compliance with any specific law for your use case.
We document policies, train employees who access production systems, run access reviews, and track remediation for findings from penetration tests and code reviews. Vendor risk reviews occur before new subprocessors handle customer personal data.
Payments may be processed by regulated payment partners. Those partners are responsible for card-industry obligations applicable to them. We do not use your creative content to satisfy identity requirements; billing metadata is handled like other account data under our privacy terms.
Customers in healthcare, finance, or the public sector should perform their own regulatory analysis. We will cooperate with reasonable technical and contractual measures, but we do not claim HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 Type II certification, or ISO certification unless explicitly published with evidence you can validate.
