Refund & Billing Policy
Last updated: March 30, 2026
Billing model
Plans may include recurring subscription fees and prepaid credits consumed when you invoke metered features. Published prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.
Trials & promotional credits
When we offer trials or starter credits, they convert to paid plans only if you explicitly upgrade or if we disclose automatic conversion in the offer. Unused trial credits may expire as described at signup.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges use the then-current rate for your plan tier unless you are on a fixed-term contract stating otherwise.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal through billing settings or by emailing support with identity verification. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not erase past amounts owed. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless we terminate for breach.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable because our costs are incurred immediately for infrastructure and third-party services. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 14 days with transaction details—we will review good-faith disputes and issue refunds where mandated by consumer law or duplicate billing errors.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry according to our processor’s rules and notify you to update billing details. Persistent failure may result in suspension until resolved.
Taxes & invoicing
Sales & VAT
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase except taxes based on our net income. We collect and remit indirect taxes where required and provide documentation suitable for typical business record-keeping.
Invoices
Enterprise customers may receive invoices with purchase order references when contractually agreed. Contact accounts payable help for vendor onboarding packets.
